Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is responsible for stabilizing the mood in addition to other roles that it plays in the body. It has been found that people who suffer from anxiety tend to have low levels of serotonin. When CBD enters the body, its primary function is to block the use of serotonin in the brain, making it more available for the brain to use for leveling out the moods and other reactions.
